* Students must send a document from their universities signed by the head of the department that confirm their student status. Please send it to the Conference Secretariat by e-mail at ewme2014@frens.ee
** In order to be published in the conference proceedings each accepted Regular paper must be accompanied by at least one registration. Please provide your Paper ID in the registration form.

The Conference Secretariat will send you a confirmation/invoice of your registration and bookings. The payment must be made according to this confirmation/invoice.
The registration is considered confirmed and definite after receiving the full payment.

Terms and Conditions
  1. Cancellations will be subject to the following conditions:
    1. Cancellations received by 14 April 2014: 20% is held as administrative fee.
    2. Cancellations received after 14 April 2014: no refund will be made.
  2. Refund will be processed as follows:
    1. All refunds will be processed after the meeting.
    2. Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card.
    3. Payments made by bank transfer will be refunded to the same bank account from which the payment was made.
N.B. Payments made by bank transfer originating outside of the EU will be refunded by bank transfer. All applicable fees and payment-handling costs are to be paid by the payer.
